DOS issues demand data used for monthly visa bulletin calculations.
When these informations are now available, there is no use/need for a poll of this kind. It boils down to why take sample data when you have complete data provided by USCIS and DOS.

Hi
Which part of address change trigger RFE
1) Submitting AR11
OR
2) Changing address for pending 485.
Will any one at USCIS does anything/do processing/look into it, if you just submit AR11.

Address change does not trigger an RFE all the time.
I changed my address recently. Had soft LUD on my I-1485 but no RFE.

OK. Thanks. Doyou know hwomuch this will delay the approval. I mean the fact that orginal is not sent and we have only a copy.
I think you can apply for I-140 with a copy. As far as I know, you cannot use premium processing though.

he means he will send out the package (file) on July 2 and it will reach USCIS on July 3. there is no other way to do it

Planning to thru another lawyer - only because I dont know how to do it on my own and dont want to take any chance. Someone earlier mentioned that if we do it on our own - we may not receive any acknowledgement but if we do it thru antoher lawyer they receive some sort of confirmation.
I am not sure if its true or the logic behind it but thought of going thru a lawyer - he is charging me for both G-28 and AC21 even though AC21 is not done now (which is ok with me).
If RFE does come at some point - do you know how much time we typically have to reply?

My case got LUD 8/5 , I filed my I-485 on 2nd july... She spoke to me nicely and told me that there is no update or no entry of my case... Wait for few weeks..... TSC.........wait....... TSC...

As far as I know Boeing, NASA, Raytheon etc. who recruit candidates from West Coast and some East Coast schools, pay great salaries to fresh graduates who are US citizens. If engineers expect to be making anything close to the bloated salaries in Finance, they are in the wrong major.

Did he/she send the original Employment letter? What is the PD of your friend?
From what I understood his lawyer did not send the employment letter in the first place. His priority date is Sep 04 ROW, mine is July 04 ROW.

Hi,
I am on H1B visa staying in Missouri state and my employer location is the same county. I recently got a project outside Missouri and client worksite is in Arizona. I am expected to travel Monday to Thursday from Missouri to client worksite but not required to move to Arizona. In this case where I am travelling does my employer need to file for LCA amendment? I have come across posts that if you move to a new worksite you might need LCA amendment but not sure in this case where I am travelling every week.
Your quick response would be greatly appreciated.

This is the reply I got back from my attorney.
My case was filed in Texas Center but Texas couldn't process all the applications so they shipped some of them to California to do initial data entry. Now that California has finished with initial entry, they are sending it back to Texas.

Why should USCIS send two notices? To answer your question..NO..they will send you one date and location for FP! Also you have to do your FP every 15 months or so..if your case isnt approved by then!

Hi,
I am going to Mexico for H1b stamping next week. My I797 does not have my middle name. I used my middle name on all previous occassions like F1 Visa.
My passport also has the middle name in it.
Please let me know if anybody you know has faced such a situaiton. Is this a big deal ? Any help in this matter is highly appreciated.
