What documents were u asked to submit...could you please enlist....well June 25 is fairly recent....you should be fine then.
Mine was RFE last November......and am not sure what's the status is....

Our interview lasted about 45 mins, and the District Adjudication Officer (DAO)DAO asked a use so many questions like our first date of entry, last date entry, dob of our kids, employer letter, latest pay stubs, 3 most recent W2 - all for me and my spouse, ; all related to our valid status in US, Also, our expired EAD and AP(Originals) , current EAD, I-140 doc, current H1, FP notices - I guess she asked for almost all possible docs, and asked us to hand over the photo copies.
She had all our documents(starting from earliest H1 to current H1, Birth certificates, Medicals exams, ect in front of her, and looked like she double checked the docs.

The billing address is for the florist! They dont give it to the receiver! Yeah if Emilio really wants he can track you down (subpoena the florist etc etc..). But how many people will he track down? And what is he going to do? Sue you for sending him flowers? Of course that depends on what message you send along with the flowers :)

Hi,
I am married and my husband is working in US on H1B visa. I came into the country with an L1 visa in Dec '06. The I 94 is valid till Oct 2009.
In Apr 2007, I applied for my H1B and it was approved with a start date of October 2007.
I quit my company by end of May 2007. Since the H1B was NOT applied with COS, I applied for my H4 last week but I have not got the approval notice for H4 yet. :(
Is it still possible for my husband to file my 485 along with his? What do I enter for questions regarding my current status?? Can I say that my current status is H4 and give the "valid till" date as the end date of my husband's H1B date?
Please help!!!

Well - I agree. What you say is true. In the past - IV leadership came up with campaigns and with plan and then the heat picked up and members started contributing and working hard and thats how all these campaigns are a success to some extent.
Now when new members are trying to come up with something - I personally feel that IV leadership must either endorse and support and guide or if such new campaigns that are not coming directly from IV core may not be advisable because they may not be the best approach - I think IV core can communicate the concern and intent to not ssupport new campaigns.
If there is no response - it becomes difficult for people to do anything because most people spring into action ONLY when IV core endorses the effort otherwise members will start campaigns - get no support or very little support and the campaigns will just go wasted.
On another note - it is always the best to join State chapters and talk to chapter leads and also mobilize people in state chaapter level - itis not easy but works in long run

I wrote a letter to the university chancellor where I graduated from and urged him to use his power to influence lawmakers to pass STEM -or similar -bills or face the consequences in the form of dwindling enrollment of brilliant students. According to DHS statistics there are around 50,000 EB2 lndia Labors in 2004 and 2005 each. So ppl with 2005, 2006 priority dates you can wait around 6-7 years for ur priority dates to be current with annual limit of around 5000 for EB2 India

I have no words for people in this forum, suggesting the person to just be quite and not report about that nanny who has harmed a child who is just 8 months old...it is very sad, sickening, and shocking that a majority of you guys are giving such bad suggestion.
Your first instinct as a parent is to protect your child.
If the child is harmed and you have the proof, man!!!! I would not be discussing that on this forum, but would go straight to the police station and give the complaint and protect my child and scores of other child who might be next if that nanny is not booked by the authorities.
She has advertised in a web site. It not going to be a big crime if you unknowingly hire someone who happens to be not authorized to work. At most its a misdemeanor with a fine.
But keeping quite after seeing what that devil has done to a child, it really bogs my mind, can't imagine why you folks are so afraid.
Report it to the authorities soon...believe me, you would not regret it for the rest of your life.

My 140 LUD is 08/05/2007 and was approved from SRC. I agree with EB3_Nepa on this. My guess is that recent updates in the LUD means that 485 is filed in the service center that did NOT process your 140.
