Not at this point. The time frame will probably be from when they announce the release date at WWDC in early June until the actual release if they don't announce a date at that time, it will be whenever they announce a date. Once they have told people when it is coming out, they don't want to hurt sales, so they offer the new OS.
Anyone buying from this past Tuesday until that announcement is not eligible for anything less than what anyone else would pay.
I ordered my new iMac yesterday but it will not even ship until 20 June with estimated delivery date of 25 June - if Lion is announced before they've even shipped it, what do you think then?

:confused: Resident Evil 4 isn't a rail shooter.
RE4 is one of my favorite games. I'm not sure I would buy it again just to use Wiimotes, they would have to add something extra.

i shouldn't have said french, maybe french press. ullrich has always bothered me, i think the party boy image from a few years back really left a bad taste in my mouth.
It's true he's had off-bike mishaps, and the doping really bothers me, but during the Tour he's always fun to watch. Assuming Lance stays retired he will be a huge factor in the time trials and at least a threat for the overall win.
And yes, the French press do seem to be anti-Lance.

Go back to the store with an AT&T Wireless phone and press *ID (*43) and hold the phone up to the headphones for 15 sec and it will text message you the name/artist of the song.

Same problem..
How do you solve??
My ipad ( treated jailbreak) is not recognized on PC and is stuck in boot loop.
even in DFU or recovery mode is not recognized by PC.

I've never found the server healthy enough to watch until 48 hours later anyway. Pity they only put the MW'07 onto the ITS. Perhaps they'll do it with the '08 - so it can download in full and the be watched.

If we are talking cores contra speed, then it all boils down to what software you will be using.
For the server though, definitely go with more cores as it will be able to handle consecutive connections without trouble.

If you have a couple of cases, why is this phone so scratched up in 2 weeks time? It looks like you put it in your pocket with keys and $3.00 in change?

Thanks guys, I live in the USA. California to be specific. The reason why I wanted separate insurance is cause my parents homeowners insurance doesn't cover anything at home that is not purchased in their name. :(

Ok, I currently have a Ti 15" powerbook, but WILL SOON be buying a new 12" powerbook (as SOON as they update the line). I was going to purchase I thought a new 17" Apple LCD Display, but found out that the companies that were quoting the price had none in stock.
So... I have two options. One being purchasing an apple studio display on ebay, or just go out and purchase a new 19" LCD display.
My question for discussion would be: 1) would you consider buying a used LCD monitor off of ebay? 2) What new 19" LCD would you recommend in the $450 price range?

Hello everyone,
I'm currently searching around in Illustrator CS5 for a thing that is probably very simple. The thing is: I'm having a logo of a company, but I need just a part of it. The logo is an .EPS file and I'm trying to cut the piece that I need out. I'm searching for hours now, but I can't find a way to do this? Does anyone know how to do this? Is there no such thing a simple cut tool in Illustrator?

P.S: I've tried it in Photoshop and it worked just fine. The only problem with Photoshop is that when I open the .EPS file Photoshop converts it to pixels, so I can't scale it up in Illustrator afterwards (or I will incredibly bad quality).

Well Soundtrack is being bundled with FCPexpress, which makes more sense to me, since Soundtrack was hardly embraced by the pro community, to the aspersions of Logic and BIAS.

On a fully updated install of 10.4.3 on my latest rev iBook, I have never seen myspace freeze. I was going to use firefox until I found out that when I visited myspace in firefox CPU usage spiked. For some reason it doesn't do that in safari, so until that changes, I'm staying with safari.
But the point of all this was, I have no problems at all on safari.
I do not have WMP installed, therefore I get that plugin not found message, I just hit cancel, never once has myspace frozen on me.
That's probably why it's not frozen on you. The lack of the WMP plug-in doesn't cause nearly as many problems for any browser as it might. Firefox, Shiira, Safari, Camino--they all do it--since it's one place for all plug-ins on Mac OS X.
If I go to the profile pages of almost any of the Filipinos, they have literally hundreds of videos, one in each comment and they all play at once. It's possible to turn the things off or to stop the behaviour through settings but apparently, anything goes and if they don't see it, it's not happening. :eek:

Quality would be ok for decent frame rates. The higher the res, the lower the frame rates and the 27" iMac has a very high res. My son runs battlefield on his 2007 iMac, just barely. New ones should be much better.
