'To Catch a Predator' Host Chris Hansen Caught Cheating?
People talk a lot of smack about the National Enquirer, but you have to be pretty badass to catch someone who's made a career of catching other people.
NBC's Dateline investigative reporter, Chris Hansen, has apparently been caught on tape cheating on his wife. The Two Catch a Predator host had an affair with Kristyn Caddell, a news anchor for a NBC affiliate in Palm Beach, Florida. The National Enquirer says they caught it all with a hidden camera.
I really want to be amused at the irony of this, but it's kind of hard when thousands of pedophiles are rejoicing out of reprisal. Pedophiles ruin everything.
The video was shot on June 24 at 7:00 PM. An eyewitness says the couple "enjoyed a romantic dinner" together. The video shows the two going out to dinner at a hotel restaurant, driving to a liquor store, then spending the night together at Cadell's apartment. The latest Enquirer print edition is currently on newsstands and includes exclusive photos of Hansen and Caddell. A source told the mag:
"Chris sends Kristyn flowers and tells her he loves her, but he still doesn't seem all that motivated to leave his wife for her, He's telling her he loves his wife too, but they've grown apart over the years, and she's not sure what he should do."
Sources say Hansen has been cheating on his wife for four months. The couple lives in Connecticut and has two sons together.
