Corselette
This
is a modern day version of a corselet made in a light weight
elasticized fabric. The corselet has a firm foundation with support
achieved by boning, power-net side panels, and front panel of no stretch
nylon taffeta. Bra top is often of nylon lace.
Camisole
A waist length, gathered, straight cut top with straps, trimmed with lace or embroidery.
Undergarment,
beginning above the bust, worn by women and girls usually held in place
with shoulder straps. Length is long or short in relation to the dress
worn on top.
Stockings & Garter Belts
Elasticized
band, which fits either around the hips or waist, with four or six
elastic garters attached to hold up hose. Some are styled like a girdle
