On subsequent (multiple employers, same employer) you dont come under the cap like fromnaija said
once H1 is approved it is valid, Once you start working for that employer you shall get paid for it (it doesnt mean you'll have to work if you have a H1)
It does not invalidate the other H1 (till the other employer revokes it) - hope this answers your question

Walk-ins are highly unlikely, if not impossible at any location. Emergency visa appointments are still available, I think. Check the individual consulate for the procedure. However, you need to have a genuine and verifiable reason for an emergency appointment. For regular visitor visas, you must get an appointment scheduled in advance, simply no way around it.

I HAVE H1 APPROVED TILL 04/10 BUT I ENTERED USA USING AP THIS YEAR SO MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT I AM ON EAD NOW WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER. I AM ASLO DOING PARTIME JOB IN OTHER FIELD ON EAD SINCE 01/08. I have an approved I-140 from my previous employer. Is there anyway, I can expedite my labor certification, I-140 approval and I-485 through my new employer on the basis of the previous approvals? I have a PD of jan'04. I know I retain my PD due to the I-140 but I wanted to know if there is anyway to not wait for the time it takes to get approval on LC and I-140.

that is old stuff and also scary stuff for some people, even if old visas's are being recaptured, it was being done only for Schedule-A folks (nurses). So for all other EB categories where the only form of relief they are seeing is from possible recapture, if nurses take away those 200k (per Ombudsman its about 218K lost visas) then thats another big hope gone.

I currently have approved EAD, I-140 and waiting for a Visa number to become available. My receipt date for I-485 was July 2nd 2007 and my notice date was September 27th. My employer is closing the IT department in March. Though it has been 180 days since my receipt date, it's not 180 days since my notice date. Will my I-485 processing be impacted when a Visa number becomes available? Also, will it be Ok if I'm out of a job for a short time while I'm looking for my next job? I sincerely appreciate the help and guidance in this matter.

If you are planning to use EAD no problem, but if you are planning to use AC21 with H1B then you need to maintain valid status as specified in your H1B. i.e., if you can mainting the salary specified in your offer letter and if that matches your W2 for the year, then you are ok.
These are my thoughts.

Unfortunately, I don't think it is possible to customize the scrollbar inside a WebBrowser. The WebBrowser is almost a direct inline view of the IE browser, so if your IE browser's scrollbars were different, then I believe the WebBrowser control's scrollbars would be different as well.
In other words, the style is inherited from IE.
