Wow! That's all I have to say about this track from the the Roots featuring John Legend on the hook.  The album is lifted from the Roots' next studio album 'How I Got Over'  The song features the hook 'YOU DON'T SAY GOOD LUCK, YOU SAY DON'T GIVE UP!!" man that's one of the most poignant lines I've heard in a while.  Shit has me feeling mad sentimental, but my sentimentality keeps being interrupted by the Rik Cordero video itself which keeps pushing me to solve the complexities that lie in the video.  According to Aceshowbiz.com "It follows a group of men as they are led by army through a bloody, violent and hopeless march toward the unknown......

It chronicles a post-apocalyptic death march set in 1945 during the final stages of World War II in Europe. After a cataclysmic event renders the war futile, a paramilitary splinter group, led by a Kurtz-like figure known as The Commodore, forces the transfer of young men who will be used as labor...and food.
